Aalbæk Specialties A/S is a privately held international
food company based in the center of the Danish peninsula,
Jutland.
The company is engaged in development and manufacturing of
organic charcuterie products and with a mission to raise the bar in
the category in terms of perceived quality and innovation. As
artisans with a compassion for quality, Aalbæk Specialties strongly
believe in first class organic raw materials and spices and refrain

Aalbæk Specialties has a strong heritage dating back to
1920, where the grandfather of President Peter Aalbæk founded a
local butchers store in a small village nearby. Since then, Aalbæk
Specialties has grown to become the biggest European manufacturer
in its niche with 60 dedicated employees and modern production
facilities. Today, the company is managed by Peter Aalbæk and
co-owner, Sales Director Henry Franzen.
The Aalbæk brand is acknowledged as the landmark of
high-end charcuterie in Denmark, and the range of products are
distributed through all major supermarkets and discounters in
